Or, how it might be (even more) profitable to have bike lanes and bike parking in front of your shop (rather than exclusively car parking and car lanes).

The erroneous thought, loudly proclaimed by shopkeepers and others, that cyclists don’t spend money in shops, is not one reserved for the U.S. — a similar attitude prevailed in Copenhagen when they expanded (for bicycles) the busiest bicycle street in the entire country.
